劉鳴煒 : 領袖關鍵要「有脊骨」誠意溝通尋找共識
本集「校長與領袖同『恒』」請來青年事務委員會主席劉鳴煒博士。劉博士指出領袖必須要有承擔，並要堅持自己的信念，不能輕易被壓力或輿論影響。他著重和年青人的多向溝通，期望透過委員會的工作改善青年政策。他勸勉年青人凡事應抱持正面及感恩的心，方能從逆境中找到正能量和滿足感。
