李慧琼：理性溝通化解對抗 了解國家迎全球化

今集「校長與領袖同『恒』」請來三料議員李慧琼女士分享領導成功心得，李慧琼議員坦言從政是機緣巧合，她認為成功領袖須有願景與目標，能激勵團隊，而且要以身作則，才能獲得他人認同。現時香港的對立情況，令她頗憂心，她察覺現時年青人的訴求頗分散，向上動力比較弱，寄望香港要迎難而上，面對社會的挑戰。
