今集「校長與領袖同『恒』」請來醫院管理局主席梁智仁教授分享領導成功心得。梁教授認為成功領袖需要有遠見、能將危轉為機、懂得和下屬溝通，以及勇於創新。面對人口老化的問題，梁教授對香港公營醫療系統抱有信心。他寄語各界應投放更多時間關注年青下一代。
