    Dr. Li is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. He received his B.Eng. degree from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2019, and his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from City University of Hong Kong in 2024. He was a visiting scholar in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of California San Diego in 2023.
