Dr Luk holds a doctorate degree in Economics and has over twelve years of teaching experience in the United States. He has served as an Assistant Professor at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts and also held visiting positions at the Economics Department and the Anderson School of Management of UCLA. Prior to joining the Hang Seng Management College, Dr Luk is a business owner.
