Mr Ho obtained his master's degree in Sports Science and Physical Activity at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He was an elite triathlete and represented Hong Kong in numerous international races including the All-China Games, the World Triathlon Championship, and the Asian Triathlon Championship. He is also a qualified Triathlon coach (ITU level 2), a swimming teacher (HKSTA) and a fitness coach (HKCBBA) - just to name a few.
