單元概要
The main objective of this module is to help students understand and apply core topics relating to human behaviours at individual, interpersonal, and organisational levels. Through cases, class activities, lectures, and assignments, this course aims at engaging the students to think and apply contemporary organisational Behavior concepts, theories, and practices to a variety of real-life organisational settings. In the end of this module, students should have a fuller appreciation of various OB subject areas. This module also gives an opportunity to the students to reflect on the ways in which they currently work and (for some of them) manage others at work, and may also lead to personal changes in the way they deal with their superiors, co-workers, and subordinates in the future.
