Terms of Reference
The Fundraising and Donation Committee shall be subject to the terms of reference as follows:
- To formulate fundraising strategies for the University and to advise on fundraising plans, campaigns and activities;
- To solicit donations from individuals, charitable trusts and organisations;
- To consider policy guidelines and procedures on the solicitation and use of donations as well as the appropriate form of recognition for the donors;
- To report to the HSUHK Board of Governors on donation matters; and
- To co-opt additional members to the Committee as necessary.
* Honorary Members are not required to attend regular meetings and they have no voting rights.
