At present I am a senior lecturer for The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. I have accumulated for more than 20 years of practical experience in various industry and senior management roles; 6 years of teaching experience. Prior to joining The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, I was an entrepreneur who established a partnership business in mainland China. I have graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor degree of Business Administration. After receiving my Master degree in International Business from City University of Hong Kong, Then I obtained a Doctor of Business Administration from University of Newcastle, Australia. My teaching interests include Management, Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior and Conflict Management.
