    Dr Liu is a Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics, Statistics and Insurance at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. He obtained his BSc and MPhil at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and his PhD at University of Rochester in New York, US. Before joining HSUHK, he was an Associate Professor at Bowling Green State University in Ohio, US.
