Margaret Tsau is a barrister specialising in civil litigation with around 10 years of experience. She is appointed as chairman on the Appeal Tribunal Panel (Buildings) under Section 45 of the Buildings Ordinance (Cap 123) for a term of four years (2021-2024). She is also the author of numerous legal publications on an array of topics such as arbitration, employment law, equity and trust, intellectual property and statutory interpretation.
