On 4 May 2023, the Master of Arts in Strategic Communication (MA-SC) programme at the School of Communication (SCOM) held a successful academic seminar. Six current master’s students presented academic reports by utilising  the theoretical knowledge they acquired during the programme to analyse communication strategies and the effectiveness of emerging topics.

Dr Howard Song, MA-SC Program Director, hosted the seminar, while Professor Ronald Chiu, Associate Dean of SCOM, delivered opening remarks. The seminar also featured the participation of esteemed faculty members, including Professor Chen Ling; Dr Keith Cheung; Dr Clio Wu; Dr Irina Yu; Dr Connie Chan; Dr Sobel Chan; and Ms Janice Wong. The seminar was a valuable experience for the students, who gained more knowledge from the feedback and discussions.
