The on-campus HSUHK Information Day was successfully held on 20 November 2021 (Saturday) to provide the latest information about 2022 admissions, direct admission via Principal Recommended Admission Scheme, programme development and student life enrichment to approximately 500 visitors.

The President, Prof. Simon HO, extended his warm welcome to the visitors with a speech to kick off the magnificent whole-day event. Another honourable guest, Mr. Raymond IP Wai Man, the representative of Hong Kong Association of Careers Masters and Guidance Masters, shared inspiring insights on the selection of undergraduate programmes with interested parents and students. To encourage more proactive interaction between academics, student ambassadors and visitors, Programme Exhibition was held in the Auditorium to showcase all the HSUHK programmes. The event was enriched with Programme Seminars, Workshops and Taster activities. Accompanied with a series of admission talks conducted by Registry, different types of audience including HKDSE students, senior year applicants, etc. grasped the latest information about admission requirement for the 2022 entry. Students even chose to complete the on-site application and assessment after a thorough understanding about HSUHK. In addition, over 100 mainland parents and students joined the mainland Gaokao admission talk via online.

Campus tours were tailored to showcase the University’s professional and state-of-the-art teaching facilities and its outstanding learning environment, including our HSUHK Jockey Club Residential Colleges. Visitors also had a glimpse of the student life in the activities organised at the Student Affairs Corner and student performance.
