“Food and Beverage Young Entrepreneurship Competition”
Calls for Entries Today
The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK)’s Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE), in collaboration with the Institution of Dining Art Foundation Limited (IDAF), is co-organising the first “Food and Beverage Young Entrepreneurship Competition”. The competition aims to support young entrepreneurs’ start-up projects in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry. In addition to receiving a total of HK$200,000 in seed funding and mentorship from industry experts, the grand winner will be offered a lease of a ground floor unit located in the bustling area in Kam Ping Street, North Point for three years, including 14 months of rent-free period. The grand winner can also enjoy complimentary interior design services and food licence consultation service.
The competition is now open for entries to all individuals or teams, with the deadline for proposal submission being 20 March 2024 (Wednesday). The top five finalists will undergo a panel interview for the opportunity to execute their creative F&B business plan, enabling them to achieve their career aspiration and pursue their dreams.
