The admission talk for secondary school Principals and teachers organised by the Registry was successfully held on 13 January 2017 (Friday) on its campus in Shatin, with the aim of enhancing participants’ understanding on the latest development of Hang Seng Management College (HSMC), as well as the admission arrangement after the release of HKDSE examination in July, participants from secondary schools were shared with the admission-related information, followed by touring our award-winning campus with the state-of-the-art facilities and the Jockey Club Residential Colleges.
Dr Eugenia Ng, College Registrar, kicked off the event and extended the College’s heartfelt gratitude to the participants for their keen support to HSMC. Ms Maggie Ng, the Assistant Manager of Registry shared the admission figures of 2016 entry, latest admission arrangements for 2017 entry, updates on Principal Recommended Admission Scheme, and the most up-to-date information on Entrance Scholarships.
In addition, Professor Desmond Hui of Department of Social Science introduced the new undergraduate programme, namely “Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Cultural and Creative Industries” *, which will be launched in the 2017/18 academic year.
The student ambassadors demonstrated the state-of-the-art teaching and learning facilities and the Jockey Club Residential Colleges to the participants during the campus tour.
It is believed that the participants have been impressed by the rapid development and environmental-friendly facilities of HSMC.
