Dear Teachers,
It is way, way more than teaching, you are doing: research, administrative work, student admission, professional development, promotion, coaching students to join a range of competitions, to name just a few. We feel you all, since we are teachers, too.
We, therefore, are here to walk together with you, especially at the beginning of a new semester, with a stress management workshop tailor-made for you, the academics. Bringing in a registered counselling psychologist, Mr Louis Huang who himself is also teaching in higher education, you can get to understand yourself more and learn about the root causes of your existing and potential stress through a variety of activities.
Date: 27 January, 2023 (Friday)
Time 2:30 pm to 4 pm
Venue: D407
Quota: 30
Language: Cantonese only
Speaker: Mr Louis HUANG (a registered counselling psychologist)
All academic staff are welcome. Please register here by 25 January (Wednesday) as the workshop runs on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive our confirmation email upon your successful registration.
Please email us at teaching-learning@hsu.edu.hk for any enquiries.
