Hong Kong is a compact city where urban living and natural habitats exist side by side. The nature is within our easy reach; and wildlife does come to our urban daily.
Arts@HSUHK was delighted to present the art exhibition Cohabitants of the Urban Jungle – Paintings by Human Ip. The art exhibition was held at the G/F lobby of Lee Quo Wei Academic Building, HSUHK from 16 March to 29 May 2021. It showcased about 20 watercolour paintings of Hong Kong wildlife by writer and artist Human Ip, who uses text and brushstrokes to express her admiration for the intriguing nature, drawing closer the relationship between human, fauna and flora in an urban setting.
