This module is designed for students without prior knowledge of German. Students explore the basic features of the German language through interactive class work and homework, with focus on business conversations.

Upon completion of this module, students should be able to:

1. express themselves in some simple situations in work and daily life using German language;

3. relate to the work culture and work ethics in German speaking countries; and


4. use analytical tools adequate for learning a new foreign language.
