Module Description
This module aims at equipping students with the state-of-art concepts and theories, knowledge and skills, and tools and techniques in managing the various activities of contemporary business operations. This module cut across those management activities that are critical to sustaining and advancing the competitiveness of operations in facing the nowadays’ dynamic environment. They include but are not limited to forecasting customer demand, managing the design of product and services, matching demand and capacity, controlling and analyzing operations, managing supply and logistics, and so forth.
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this module, students should be able to:
