Module Description
The capstone project employs what students have learned about the processes and effects of strategic communication by developing and supporting a thesis statement, advancing an idea, researching, and writing or creating their final product. This project involves development of an original question, critical thinking, and extensive research and analysis leading to defensible answer/recommendations for a client.
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this module, students should be able to:
- apply what they have learned from the theories and research methods in this programme;
- to integrate and synthesize what they have learned to finish a research-based project in strategic communication;
- to develop new knowledge, insights and ideas from the capstone project; and
- to lay a foundation for their further studies in research-based post-graduate programmes.
