Guest Lecture on Corporate Governance and Company Secretary
A guest lecturewas organised by the Department of Accountancy on 24 March 2015. The lecture was delivered by Mr Patrick Sung,Executive Director andChief Financial Officer of Guangnan (Holdings) Limited, and by Ms Candy Wong, Director- Education and Examinations of the Hong Kong Institute of CharteredSecretaries, on “Corporate Governance and Company Secretary”. Theguest lecture was attended by around 100 students and staff from the Departmentof Accountancy.
