Homecoming Chit Chat 2013 愛回家at HSMC

More than 120 alumni, students and staff enjoyed a night at the alumni homecoming event,  “Homecoming Chit Chat 2013 愛回家” organized by Alumni Affairs Office (AAO) on 19 April 2013. Alumni from different industries shared their school life, work experience and latest updates in the real business world with their “young brothers” and “young sisters” in a casual and open manner. The event provided a platform for the alumni and students to meet and exchange their views. 

Professor Gilbert Fong, Acting President of HSMC, Dr. Karen Chan, Vice President (Organizational Development), Professor Scarlet Tso, Associate Vice-President (Public Relations), Professor Raymond So, Dean of School of Business and the senior management team attended the event and chatted with all the alumni over tea.

Professor Fong expressed his warmest welcome to the alumni and other participants. He addressed the audience’ concern for the College with an overview of the updated College development and introduced the College’s new plans, campus expansion scheme and new programme development.

Mr Kenneth Leung (1982 Alumnus), Chairman of Hang Seng Management College and Hang Seng School of Commerce Alumni Association Limited (HSMC/HSSC AA), delivered a speech at the event. Three alumni from different graduation years, Ms Rita Lee (1992 Alumna), Mr Vince Tai (2000 Alumnus) and Mr Jack Lai (2013 Graduate, President of Graduation Committee 2013) shared their happy school life memories and work experience with the participants.

After the sharing session there were performance shows by the College Band Society and Music Society, followed by a Chit Chat session. The visit ended with delight. All alumni had an enjoyable night with their “buddies” and “lost classmates”. We look forward to another homecoming event in the future.
