Mr Chan is the IBM Global PCB Council Chairman. He is also a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Institute of Supply Management, USA & IBM Certified lead auditor, process engineering.
Mr Chan made an analysis on the current business environment, explained different business modules and the key determination factors to be a good leader.
