倪以理：學會溝通關懷，不怕挫折把握機遇
今集「校長與領袖同『恒』」請來麥肯錫公司資深董事兼香港區總經理倪以理先生(Joe)擔任嘉賓。倪先生認為領袖有別於管理人員，作為領袖須額外具備領導能力，帶領和激勵團隊不斷改變創新。他又表示香港年青人所遇到的生活困難，很多大城市同樣面對，但香港其實仍有很多機會讓年青人發揮，但他們必須裝備自己所需的21世紀能力。
