沈祖堯：得民心得天下 遇挫折亦無畏懼
今集「校長與領袖同『恒』」請來香港中文大學校長沈祖堯教授分享心得。他以沙士經歷指出，認為作為成功的領袖，需要身先士卒、與下屬共同進退，才能得到「民心」。他相信領袖需要謙遜和一個服務的心。對於一代不如一代的說法，沈教授認為不同年代所經歷的處境不一樣，不可直接作出比較，但覺得現今年青人有其新的社會理想。
