本集「校長與領袖同『恒』」，請來香港特區政府律政司司長袁國強資深大律師。袁司長分享他加入政府成為律政司的源由，並指出法律與現實生活和整體社會是密不可分。他認為領袖要有願景之餘更要放眼世界，並特別勸勉年青人做事不要怕吃虧，要以正面的態度去看待事物，才能學習到更多。
