李麗娟：勇氣求變須具智慧 用心做事懂得取捨
今集「校長與領袖同『恒』」，請來有「眾人媽打」之稱的民政事務局前常任秘書長李麗娟女士做嘉賓。李女士向聽眾解釋民政事務局的職能，並非與前人所說的「天熱就開冷氣」般簡單，而是要站於最前線，例如沙士期間進入疫區淘大花園安撫市民，水災時到災民家中視察等等，故李女士認為成功的領袖，應該能夠站於前方，不能畏懼面前的困難。她亦認為官員不必害怕接觸民眾，民眾眼睛是雪亮的，會明白官員的真誠。
