黃友嘉：學會適應與聆聽 作榜樣以德服人
今集「校長與領袖同『恒』」請來香港工商專業聯會主席兼香港強制性公積金管理局主席黃友嘉博士做嘉賓。黃博士分享了自幼離開香港讀書的故事，從中學會了適應與聆聽，奠定了從事公共政策研究的基礎。黃博士認為好領袖要以身作則，做事要求較一般人高，居安思危，以德服人。他也認為快樂全在內心，所以要用平衡積極的態度面對大小事，務求一生無憾。
