阮蘇少湄：放眼世界覓機會，幾番磨練尋自我
今集「校長與領袖同『恒』」請來中華電力有限公司副主席阮蘇少湄女士(Betty)，Betty認為年輕人應腳踏實地，不怕蝕底，從工作中累積經驗，勇於接受新事物。她認為成功領袖須不拘小節，因每人的時間有限，不應在小事上損耗時間，並且要信任下屬，讓他們發揮強項以及提升工作效率；領袖對別人的意見亦應包容，但對自己的決定要有信心，才能成大事。
