「校長與領袖同『恒』」請來香港總商會主席彭耀佳先生。彭先生認為成功領袖須站於別人的角度思考，從而贏得別人的真心追隨。另一方面，成功領袖不一定是最出眾，但要學會與人相處。他又認為今天社會提供的機會很多，年青人要學會感恩，以及正面思維，多發掘身邊的好人好事，發放正能量。
