Terms of Reference
Without limiting the generality of the powers of the Board of Governors under the Articles of Association, the Board of Governors shall:
- exercise control of the purposes and functions of the University as the supreme governing body;
- set out the overall broad direction and policy of the University for management by the Council;
- make decisions and exercise control regarding approval and allocation of financial resources to the University, acquisition and disposal of the property and capital assets of the University;
- make appointments of key officers of the University as it thinks proper; and
- provide for the custody and use of the University’s seal.
