Module Description
The course introduces students on fundamental concepts of developing programs and problem-solving skills. Via the discussions on the program design concepts, data types and operators, design and program control, implementation and testing, a comprehensive overview of software modeling and software processes are presented.

Upon completion of this module, students should be able to:
- Explain the basic structure and syntax of computer programming
